Mario X Peach

      Mario was walking around in Mushroom Kingdom on a windy, cool, spring day. The wind ruffled and wrinkled Mario's sleeves it was so strong. He heard the sound of children screaming and laughing on the playground, and he smiled faintly. He hung his head low and looked at the long grass sway with the wind. "Mario!" A silent, but noticeable voice appeared from far away. It was a very sweet, smooth, high-pitched voice. His head lifted up in a nanosecond as he knew who it was automatically.
      He spun around and found Princess Peach standing there, for once not captured in Bowser's reach. "Mario! I made us lunch!" Peach said, her voice warming Mario's heart. He loves her so much, and he shows too much of it. Mario smiled big and blushed, following Peach under a huge oak tree. "Mario, this is really a toast to you for saving me, and working so hard." Peach explained, laying down and straightening the blanket. After the blanket and lunch was ready, Peach lied down on her stomach on the checkered blanket. Mario did the same thing, his stomach grumbling. "Here." Peach offered Mario. "I made pizza!" She smiled, giggled. Mario nodded and took the pizza, very amused. "Woo-Hoo!" Mario chanted, as he opened the bag. Peach smiled as she took out a foot long sub.
      "It's windy out today, isn't it, Mario?" Peach asked the plumber, who was staring up at the sky, watching the clouds. "Mhm!" Mario replied, his hat flying off. "Mama mia!" Mario said surprisingly. He growled, and starting chasing after his hat. Peach giggled. "He's so cute without his hat..." Peach thought, watching him chase after it. Five minutes later, Mario got his hat, and dashed back onto the blanket. Mario huffed and puffed. "That was-a tiring!" Mario told Peach, smiling as he looked at her. Peach smiled back. "I bet it was..." Peach replied, not taking her eyes off Mario. Mario blinked and turned around, and pulled his hat down over his eyes. He knew something. He deeply loved her.
      "She-she's so-a beautiful...!" Mario thought to himself, smiling. He pulled his hat off his eyes, and continued to eat his pizza. There was dead silence for about 10 minutes. By the time Peach finished her sub, Mario came out with something. 'Your a slow-a eater, you know-a that?" Mario reminded Peach, nudging her shoulder. Peach laughed. "I know. My whole family are slow eaters except for my father." Peach told Mario. Mario blushed and looked both ways, as if he was crossing the street. Then he scooted closer to Peach, head still turned away from Peach. Peach blushed and made a move, by placing her hand on top of Mario's. His muscles tensed, then relaxed, as he blushed deep red. All the sudden, Mario got a call on his cell phone. He sighed, and answered it.
      "Ello?" Mario answered, wanting to know who it was. "Mario, you got-a come-a-home now." It was Luigi. "Awwww no!" Mario whined, kicking his feet. "Come on." Luigi ordered him. Mario growled, really angry. He wanted to stay with Peach. "You're my younger-a brother, so you can't-a boss me around-a!" Mario explained to Luigi, face red. "YOU'RE-A GONNA MISS THE SHOW!" Luigi explained to Mario, so loud that Peach could hear. Mario covered the speaker and looked at Peach,who was flattered to finally make it click in her mind. "Show? Oh! The show! I get it!" Peach said, sitting up. "Oh. Okey-dokey!" Mario said to Luigi, hanging up. Peach folded up the blanket, and closed the box with left over food.
      "See you tomorrow, Mario!" Peach told Mario waving goodbye. "See you-a tomorrow, Princess." Mario replied back, waving also. They both walked in opposite directions to their homes.
      ******LATER THAT NIGHT******

      The show that was on ended,and switched to a boring TV show. Mario groaned as he changed the channel. He looked over at a picture with him and Peach at Peach Beach, with Luigi and Daisy. He looked closely at him and Peach, his heart tearing. He missed her so much already. He looked over at Luigi,- who was passed out on the couch. Then he looked at the clock. 11:54 pm. He had an idea. He ran outside and shut the door quietly. He sat under that same oak tree that him and Peach were at in the afternoon. He pulled his hat over his eyes, and fell asleep.
      Peach watched the boring channel, bored out of her mind. She looked over at a picture of her and Mario in Mario Party, and smiled. She looked at the clock. 11:56 pm. She had an idea. She missed him so much, she decided to go to the oak tree. When she reached the oak tree, she saw Mario, who was dead asleep.
      "Mario,...Mario,....Maaaaarrriiioooo....." Peach shook Mario awake. Mario pulled his hat off his eyes and shook his head out of the sleepiness. He was half awake, and looked up to see Princess Peach kneeling down right beside him. He smiled and pulled her close. "I-a missed you so much." Mario told Peach, hugging her. "I missed you too, Mario. I always do, you know that?" Peach told Mario, hugging him back. He blushed, almost completely flushed in the face. Peach looked at Mario's cell phone clock. 11:59 pm. Peach got an idea. "Hey Mario? I have something Iv'e been wanting to get off my chest for a long time,--ever since you saved me for the first time." Peach told Mario, who released the hug slowly. "Hm?" Mario wondered, holding horribly still. The moon light shined on the two almost like a spotlight.
      Peach opened her umbrella, and covered up their faces as she leaned in and had their lips meet--right at 12:00 am sharp. Mario's blue eyes sparkled with the moonlight. He knew what she meant now. He has been wanting to do this for a while too. She released the kiss, and looked at Mario, who was now completely flushed in the face.Peach laughed and smiled. Mario lied back down on the grass. Something clicked in Peach's mind, causing her to lay her head on Mario's stomach. "Good night, Mario." Peach said in a soothing relaxing voice. "Good-a night, Princess." Mario replied, and fell asleep,--with a flushed face.
